Open-Label Extension Of Intravenous Mepolizumab In Patients With Hypereosinophilic Syndrome This is an open label study of mepolizumab 750 mg intravenous in those subjects who participated in study 100185 to evaluate the long term safety and efficacy of mepolizumab in subjects with hypereosinophilic syndrome. BRIEF Bendamustine and Rituximab In Elderly Follicular The objective of this study is to evaluate the complete response rate after a short induction treatment with rituximab (375mg/m2)and bendamustine (90mg/m2)in In Elderly (≥ 60 years old) patients with untreated Follicular lymphoma, with an intermediate or high FLIPI score and without high tumor burden. Rasburicase for the Treatment/Prevention of Hyperuricemia in Adult Patients With Relapsing Aggressive Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma The primary objective was to evaluate the efficacy of rasburicase in terms of prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia related to Tumor Lysis Syndrome (TLS) in 2 populations of adult patients, previously treated or not with urate oxidase, with relapsing aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and at risk of TLS, presenting with hyperuricemia and/or bulky disease at diagnostic of relapse. Satavaptan in the Prevention of Ascites Recurrence in Patients With Ascites Due to Cirrhosis of the Liver Primary To evaluate the efficacy of satavaptan on top of diuretic drugs in reducing the recurrence of ascites. Secondary To evaluate the tolerability and safety of satavaptan on top of diuretic drugs over a 52-week treatment period in participants with cirrhosis of the liver and recurrent ascites. Evaluation of Safety and Efficacy of AVE5530 as add-on to Ongoing High Doses of Statins in Patients With Primary Severe Hypercholesterolemia The present study is assessing the efficacy and safety of AVE5530 (25 mg and 50 mg) in add-on to ongoing treatment with high doses of statin in a double-blind manner in comparison with placebo, in the management of patients with severe primary hypercholesterolemia considered as inadequately controlled despite their ongoing statin treatment. The main objective is to evaluate the effects of the association AVE5530+statin on LDL-C level reduction after 12 weeks of treatment. The effects of AVE5530 on other lipid parameters will be assessed as secondary objectives.
